Questions

Where does my money go?

Straight to the team. FreshBaked is self-funded with no sponsors, so your subscription helps David explore, Erin design, and Jacob build.

Trip Days

How is this different from Park Tracking?
Trip days cover one trip — you buy the days you need. Park Tracking is the yearly version for anyone who just goes, where every visit logs itself all year with no day counting at all.
When do my days start?
Not when you buy them — they start on your first day of activity in the park, so buying early costs you nothing.
Do I keep everything afterwards?
Yes. Every day you log stays readable forever, including your Day in Review and the Trip in Review at the end.

Park Tracking

What do I get?
Plan a park day stop by stop and see how it actually falls — real walking times between rides taken from the park's own paths, live waits folded in, and every knock-on effect worked out for you. Ask it to work out the fastest order and it will. Swap a stop, drag the order around, or lock a time you can't move, and the rest of the day re-plans itself.
Can I plan with other people?
Yes. Invite anyone to the trip and they come along for the whole thing — you can add and remove people whenever you like.
What do I get after the day?
Every ride logs itself as you go, so you end up with what you actually waited against what the sign claimed — ride by ride, and totalled for the trip. A Trip in Review is generated once the trip finishes, and your Year in Review lands each January.
What happens to my days if I cancel?
Nothing disappears. Every logged day stays readable forever; new days stop logging until you renew.
How is this different from Trip days?
Trip days are a one-time purchase for a single trip. The annual is for anyone who just goes — every visit logs itself, all year.
When do I get my Year in Review?
Every January, covering the calendar year — everyone's lands at the same time.

Park Science

What do I get?
The whole in-depth view on every attraction: the plain-English verdict, the go / no-go call, how much faster the line actually moves than the sign says, the full posted-wait history, member wait reports, reported issues, and the ride's own details including the Lightning Lane read.
What's the 3D queue?
The line itself, built as a model you can walk before you ever stand in it — so you can see how long it really is and what you'll be looking at. It's the same Park Science detail attached to the queue rather than the attraction.
Is there anything to do while I'm in line?
Yes — the queue has games built in. Trivia is written per attraction (760 questions and counting), and Heads Up is the phone-on-your-forehead one for the group you're stuck in line with.
I already subscribed to Support the Team (before August 2026) — does anything change?
Nope — you're locked in. Your subscription keeps working at the price you signed up at, and it already unlocks everything in Park Science. You get that price because you were with us from the start. Thank you for the early support.

Bundle & Save

What does the bundle include?
Both passes in one subscription: Park Tracking (trips, park days, Year in Review) and Park Science (the in-depth science and the 3D queues). Yearly or monthly — your choice.
What do I save?
15% on the yearly plan ($240 → $204 a year), or 8% monthly ($24 → $22 a month) — against subscribing to the two separately.
